My case has been a bit complex, and I truly appreciated that he took the extra time to carefully design my aligners. When my first set wasn't fitting properly, he printed new ones to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend him!"

"Had a last minute issue with very old retainers. Unlike 5 other Orthodontic places I called these people were friendly, inviting and worked around that I left my wallet at home even during their busy hours. Left with a repair feeling good.Honestly a place I dont feel like a customer vs a place where I feel at home despite it being scarry teeth stuff. 10/10 thanks!"

"Dr Pendleton has been amazing,My daughter started going through her major growth spurts during Covid and as of such there were many dental appointments that were missed. By the time that we started up regular dental visits again, she was experiencing severe crowding and was in desperate need of braces. Dr. Pendleton gave us a pretty detailed plan and breakdown of how he believed he could help my baby get her perfect smile. I was very hopeful and Ryan delivered well beyond my expectations. It was a lengthy process (all of middle school) but my kiddo is going to start her HS exp braceless.Now everything I just said has been what a person should be able to expect from a professional orthodontist. Because why go if not for the services? But here are the things that I believe make Pendleton orthodontics worth it compared to anyone else.The man himself is very personable and great with children. He’s taken the time to get to know my wife, my son, my girl (obviously) and myself. Oddly enough I actually look forward to talking to him.His staff is excellent, all of his techs are extremely proficient at their work and share a similar demeanor to the Doctor himself. Which I believe speaks highly of his own hiring practices. Not only must he value the skills that are required for the work itself but he also highly values the kind of personalities that would best mesh with a child/adolescent geared environment. I’ve been to places that don’t and when you see one vs the other, the difference is stark and the preference becomes immediately apparent.Also his welcome/intake staff are all wonderful. I’ve had to talk to them so many times over the phone navigating tricky work/school schedules. They’ve always been kind, patient and incredibly helpful. As a father with a full time career married to an exceptional woman whom also has a full time career, plus two children in sports, I can’t tell you how much I’ve appreciated this aspect.Last but not least, but still very important. The treatment plan was very affordable. My payments were reasonable and the results were worth every penny, nickel and dime.I would recommend Pendleton to anyone that needs any orthodontic work. "I have known Dr. Ryan since 2016 when he assessed me for braces, and I began wearing Invisalign. My teeth and overbite needed a lot of correction, and he did a wonderful job. Today, I am still wearing retainers keeping my teeth in great shape! "I am sensitive to any amount of wire that has pulled on the ends. As soon as I have any wire poking my cheeks I call Dr Pendletons' office and they get me in to clip those wires. The wires are like fish hooks catching the inside of my cheeks, so Dr Pendleton told me to call as soon as the wire starts poking even a tiny bit. Everyone who works there is so nice. They always have a smile on their face. Some I found out I needed to have braces I am so glad I chose go to Dr Pendleton.."

"We are just starting our journey with Pendleton, but so far I am very happy. I haven't had a personal experience with an orthodontist since the 90s, so I am blown away at the technology and how much easier the steps to a healthy bite and smile have become. My daughter medical anxiety that has interfered with our ability to do basic well visits let alone dentist appointments and to be honest, I had no expectations of moving beyond the initial consult. I just wanted to know what I needed to try to prepare her for because I knew she would need some intervention.When I tell you that the staff have gone out of their way to help her feel safe and quell her fears, I mean it! Maggie has called before appointments to go over things with me so that my child doesn't have to hear anything that might trigger her and has made notes to help the rest of the staff be aware of our needs.Maisy is amazing and friendly and even adjusted the room temp for our first proceeedure visit so my child was just that much more comfortable. The people, in tandem with the speed the technology they utilize allows, have made it possible for us not to delay an adjustment that my daughter needs and I am amazed.They have plenty of 3d models and videos to help explain everything well that my kids were able to explain to thier dad exactly what everything meant when we got home from thier consultation.We are at the very beginning but so far I believe we've made a great choice with Pendleton."

"These people are flawless. I have 6 children all grown but one. My youngest (9 yrs) is the only one I’ve ever had to take to an orthodontist. I knew going in this was going to set me back a LOT. They took their time. Dr. Pendleton explained everything and connected with my little right away. He even knew where her name originated from which made her feel special. His assistant was funny, and had an answer for everything I asked. I even messed up on how I wanted to pay which caused a lot of extra work for them. They treated me and my little girl like we were the only ones there. (We weren’t) but all attention was on us and they did not rush me in to making a decision right away. Dr Ryan was extremely thorough in his exam and treatment recommendations. Every other employee I interacted with, from the receptionist to the treatment coordinator, was incredibly patient and welcoming. Treatment prices are on par with other providers in Texas and they do accept insurance. "I am a women in my 60's who recently lost a bottom front tooth. My Periodontist wanted to do an implant, but I wasn't sure. After consulting with Dr. Pendleton, I realized that what he said made perfect sense; I needed to fix the underlying problem, which was a bad bite. Without bite realignment, I would continue to have the same issue that caused the tooth to come out in the first place. So here I am 9 months later, almost halfway through treatment with bands & wires.
