Your journey starts at our Leander office. Dr. Pendleton will personally evaluate your smile to make sure Smile Express treatment is the right fit for your needs. - A High-Tech Scan
We use the iTero™ scanner to take a 3D digital scan of your smile and bite. No messy putty is needed. This scan helps Dr. Pendleton plan your treatment with precision to ensure your Invisalign aligners fit correctly. - Your Aligner Kit Arrives
Once your custom Invisalign aligners are ready, they are delivered as a complete kit. You’ll have everything you need to start your transformation comfortably. - Guided Progress
We’ll monitor your progress using the Smile Doctors Anywhere app to keep your transformation on track. This means you get professional clinical care without needing to stop by the office every few weeks.

I am overall very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Pendleton. He is an attentive and expert orthodontist who always takes the time to answer my questions honestly and sees me regularly for progress checks. My case has been a bit complex, and I truly appreciated that he took the extra time to carefully design my aligners. When my first set wasn't fitting properly, he printed new ones to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend him!
Dr Ryan and staff did a great job helping me straighten out my teeth. My teeth was a challenge and I committed to doing Invisalign. I’m so glad I did! Dr Ryan was patient and always addressed my concerns. The whole was staff always friendly and professional. Dr Ryan also straightened my daughter’s teeth with braces a couple years back. He did such a great job that I felt confident that I too can commit. So happy I did! Grateful for the Pendleton team.
Had a last minute issue with very old retainers. Unlike 5 other Orthodontic places I called these people were friendly, inviting and worked around that I left my wallet at home even during their busy hours. Left with a repair feeling good.Honestly a place I dont feel like a customer vs a place where I feel at home despite it being scarry teeth stuff. 10/10 thanks!

How many appointments will I need?
To make sure we provide the highest standard of care, we typically see you for at least 2 in-person visits. The first is for your initial records and iTero™ scan, and the final visit is to celebrate your results, get fitted for a retainer, and ensure your new smile meets our professional standards.
