"Dr Pendleton has been amazing,My daughter started going through her major growth spurts during Covid and as of such there were many dental appointments that were missed. By the time that we started up regular dental visits again, she was experiencing severe crowding and was in desperate need of braces. Dr. Pendleton gave us a pretty detailed plan and breakdown of how he believed he could help my baby get her perfect smile. I was very hopeful and Ryan delivered well beyond my expectations. It was a lengthy process (all of middle school) but my kiddo is going to start her HS exp braceless.Now everything I just said has been what a person should be able to expect from a professional orthodontist. Because why go if not for the services? But here are the things that I believe make Pendleton orthodontics worth it compared to anyone else.The man himself is very personable and great with children. He’s taken the time to get to know my wife, my son, my girl (obviously) and myself. Oddly enough I actually look forward to talking to him.His staff is excellent, all of his techs are extremely proficient at their work and share a similar demeanor to the Doctor himself. Which I believe speaks highly of his own hiring practices. Not only must he value the skills that are required for the work itself but he also highly values the kind of personalities that would best mesh with a child/adolescent geared environment. I’ve been to places that don’t and when you see one vs the other, the difference is stark and the preference becomes immediately apparent.Also his welcome/intake staff are all wonderful. I’ve had to talk to them so many times over the phone navigating tricky work/school schedules. They’ve always been kind, patient and incredibly helpful. As a father with a full time career married to an exceptional woman whom also has a full time career, plus two children in sports, I can’t tell you how much I’ve appreciated this aspect.Last but not least, but still very important. The treatment plan was very affordable. My payments were reasonable and the results were worth every penny, nickel and dime.I would recommend Pendleton to anyone that needs any orthodontic work. "All three of my children received/are receiving orthodontic treatment from Pendleton Orthodontics. I have been thoroughly impressed with 1.) the cleanliness and pleasantness of the office environment (yes, even the bathrooms and reception area are comfortable and spotless), 2.) the professionalism of the entire staff, 3.) the respect and kindness each of the members of the staff showed all the members of my family, 4.) the professionalism and knowledgeability of Dr. Ryan Pendleton himself, 5.) the willingness of staff (and Dr. Ryan) to provide urgent appointments when my children were uncomfortable, 6.) the ease and convenience of financing options and assistance when needed, and finally and most importantly, 7.) the outcome of the treatment. "My son's dentist recently referred us to Pendleton Orthodontics, and I am so happy he did. Everyone at Pendleton Orthodontics is absolutely amazing. Dr. Ryan took his time to ensure we understood my son's teeth issues and the best way to repair those issues. Maisey is super friendly, absolutely amazing, and really took the time to ensure we understood the entire process from beginning to end. My son was so excited about getting braces that he went home and bragged to his sister, which made her want to begin the process. I called and spoke to Maisey, and she was able to get us an appointment for the very next day. During my daughter's appointment, we met Maggie, who took us through the entire consultation process. Maggie is also super friendly and absolutely amazing. She really took the time to answer all of my questions. "I have known Dr. Ryan since 2016 when he assessed me for braces, and I began wearing Invisalign. My teeth and overbite needed a lot of correction, and he did a wonderful job. Today, I am still wearing retainers keeping my teeth in great shape! I still consult with Dr. Ryan when I need to reorder the Vivera retainers and to make sure that my teeth are still straight and beautiful. "We could not be happier with Dr. Pendleton and his orthodontic practice. He is a consummate professional, super smart, detail-oriented and always willing to go the extra mile for a patient. You can tell he really takes pride in his practice and wants to provide a top-notch experience. His staff is super friendly, accommodating and also professional. He is a perfectionist and wants great results for each kid or adult. We’ve now had two kids under his care, one with a more complicated clinical situation, who are both having great results with their braces and treatment. "I am sensitive to any amount of wire that has pulled on the ends. As soon as I have any wire poking my cheeks I call Dr Pendletons' office and they get me in to clip those wires. The wires are like fish hooks catching the inside of my cheeks, so Dr Pendleton told me to call as soon as the wire starts poking even a tiny bit. Everyone who works there is so nice. They always have a smile on their face. Some I found out I needed to have braces I am so glad I chose go to Dr Pendleton.."

"Dr. Pendleton and his team are absolutely amazing. I had braces as a kid, but unfortunately my teeth never ended up straight. I'm now in my 40s and Dr. Pendleton has me on Invisalign. It's amazing how quick, easy, and relatively less pain this is. (my teeth are usually only sore for a day when i change trays)The thing I really appreciated was how much time, interest, and listening Dr. Pendleton did before we ever started. He answered all of my questions, and shared from his deep Knowledge and passion. Initially I came in for aesthetics, but learned that my bite needed correction for my teeth to last longer. Dr. Pendleton proposed a few options, let me know the pros and cons of each one and it made me feel really good about the final treatment course I picked."

"Had never been to an orthodontic office before and I have to say I was very very pleased with the amount of care and attention I and my kids received today. A very professional office and a family atmosphere. Even with my little one acting like it was her home they never floundered or got upset at the situation and that means more to me than anything at an office. All the girls were so kind and thoughtful and Dr Pendelton had the best bedside manner. He took great care of my kids and I’m very glad to call him our doctor. Braces are definitely expensive, but that was not their first concern and I’m very appreciative of that. Their first priority was my children. Thank you Dr Pendleton and staff for a wonderful visit. Kathy was awesome talking to my daughter while she prepped my daughter for her braces and assisted Dr. Pendleton. I absolutely recommend this ortho office!"
